Terms and Conditions

PRIVATE EVENT: Lindy Maya is a private event that requires prior registration.

REGISTRATION: The only way to guarantee your place in the festival and hotel is through the selection of your favorite ambassador. Lindy Maya Fest ambassadors are the only ones who can provide you with access to hotel room reservations and festival passes with group promotional prices.

DISCOUNTS: To enjoy special discounts, it is necessary to book the hotel through one of our ambassadors.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: If you decide to book elsewhere, you may face additional charges ranging from 50% to 100% of the festival cost. Make sure to register before arriving at the event and check with one of our ambassadors before booking at non-official places.

CAPACITY: The festival will only open 200 spots this year. As this is a pre-registration event, we will announce when the capacity limit has been reached and a waiting list will open to attend in case of cancellations from other attendees.

ROOM AVAILABILITY AND ASSIGNMENT: Maximum room capacity: 80 rooms. Room assignments will be made as the hotel guarantee payment is received.

MINIMUM STAY: All attendees wishing to book the hotel and festival package with us must consider a minimum group stay of 4 nights from November 7th to November 11th.

STAY EXTENSIONS: Based on the minimum stay from November 7th to November 11th, you can extend 6 nights before and 3 nights after with a guaranteed group rate.

AMBASSADOR DEPOSIT: To secure your place in the festival, you must contact the ambassador and pay a deposit of $100 USD as an advance for the festival pass.

REGISTRATION FORM: Once the deposit is made to the ambassador, they will provide you with the complete registration form. 

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: The organization will contact you to follow up on the registration form and confirm all the details of the reservation, such as the room category, type of occupancy (individual, double, or triple), check-in and check-out dates, festival plan and additional services. Once all the details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent for payment. Room assignments will be made as the payment is received.

Roommate Matching Service:
Both ambassadors and the organization will provide assistance with the search for roommates. If you choose this option, you must accept the terms of the service, which will be described in detail.

Changes to the hotel reservation:
The deadline for extensions and date changes in the hotel itinerary is August 20th, without additional charges. Extensions and date changes in your itinerary are subject to availability.

From August 20th to October 24th, you may request extensions and changes in the reservation date subject to availability and the hotel's current rate.

You may request a change of occupancy type, from single to double or triple, at any time without additional charge until October 25th.

You may request room upgrades until August 20th with a group rate. After August 20th and until October 25th. 

You may request upgrades subject to the hotel's current rate.

All upgrades are subject to availability.

We will not be able to make changes to the hotel reservation after October 25th. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and additional charges.

The hotel will charge USD 4 per room per night for the local environmental tax. This payment will be made directly at the hotel reception desk upon check-in.


Cancellation policies: 

Deposit Cancellation to Ambassador:

100% immediate refund until July 30th.
From July 31st to October 24th, credit for future events may be granted if the attendee, the ambassador, or the organization finds someone to take their place. As of October 25th, we will not be able to process cancellations.

Hotel and Festival Pass Cancellation:

100% immediate refund until July 30th.

Transfer Cancellation Service:
If you wish to purchase this service, you must provide complete flight information within the established deadlines and using the specific form provided by the organization. 
If you do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to provide you with the transfer service. This service is refundable until October 1
